NOTE: The  Codes are very important to the founders of the American Polish Lowland Sheepdog Association, Inc. They believe that there is always a way to better promote the Polish Lowland Sheepdog while working with the public to make sure the breed is presented accurately and realistically. The Polish Lowland Sheepdog is a unique and wonderful breed, but not a breed for everyone, and this should be made very clear by those who place them into homes.
